The Hispanic Health Council is a nationally recognized, community-based organization located in Hartford, CT. The council has a 30-year track record of developing, delivering, testing and disseminating culturally relevant direct service programs. Our programs are staffed by bilingual and bicultural multi-disciplinary teams that reflect the communities they serve. Social justice is at the core of our direct service programs as are the council’s values of dignidad, respeto y confianza – dignity, respect and trust.
